• Earn up to $21 per hour with the additional $1 per hour night or weekend shift differential.
• These are training roles for Armed Patrol positions. Employees in these roles receive on the job training. Must possess a baton and pepper spray when hired, and a firearm at 6 months after their hire date or earlier to continue employment
• These officers handle non-emergency routine patrol in our client neighborhoods
Overtime is always available. Other pay information:
• $19.50 – $20/hour - These trainee patrol officers are generally offered this pay based on experience and qualifications
• Double time pay for Holiday work hours
• Annual merit increase eligibility – market rate increases may also occur
• Earn unlimited additional income from employee referrals is up to $1000.00 per each officer referred and hired
Schedule:
• Patrol is 24/7 with two consecutive days off during the week
• Must be able to work weekend hours
• Day, swing and graveyard shifts

Required Qualifications:
• CA Driver’s License
• CA Guard Card or ability to obtain one prior to starting work
• 3 years of driving experience
• Baton certificate AND pepper spray permits
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to pass a drug test and a Livescan background check from the DOJ and FBI
