Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment by fulfilling daily checklist duties, and adhering to safe food handling practices
- Preparation of breakfast and lunch menu items in a from scratch kitchen to company standards
- Being familiar with basic food storage and prep list standards. Identifying a need before it arises is an important part of any kitchen's success.
- Monthly deep cleanings outside of scheduled hours

Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be available to work mornings and weekends; open availability preferred
- At least 1-2 years of kitchen experience preferred, but other applicants will be considered based on experience.
- A strong work ethic and reliable work history
