Job Summary: As a Project Manager for Global Distributed Talent Management, you will play a critical role in overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects that involve teams dispersed across different geographies. You will be responsible for coordinating efforts, managing resources, and ensuring effective communication between all stakeholders. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities: - Project Planning & Execution: Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and key milestones. Ensure projects are executed in alignment with the plan and make adjustments as needed to meet objectives.
- Global Team Management: Lead and coordinate distributed teams across various time zones, ensuring effective collaboration, communication, and alignment with project goals.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and deliverables. Ensure that all parties are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and outcomes. Proactively address challenges and resolve issues that may arise.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet Kelly's high standards of quality and are aligned with the company's objectives. Conduct regular reviews and implement improvements as needed.
- Resource Allocation: Manage and optimize the allocation of resources across projects, ensuring that talent is effectively utilized and that workloads are balanced.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and refine project management processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and the overall success of distributed teams.
- Cultural Sensitivity: Foster an inclusive and collaborative environment that respects cultural differences and leverages diverse perspectives to drive innovation.
Qualifications: - Experience: 5+ years of project management experience, with a focus on managing global or distributed teams. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello) and remote collaboration platforms (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. PMP or similar certification is a plus.
- Cultural Competence: Experience working with diverse, cross-cultural teams and an understanding of the challenges and opportunities of managing global talent.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and to adapt to changing priorities and demands.
