Technical Program Management at JPMorgan Chase
, within Consumer & Community Banking you thrive at managing complex technology programs that have far-reaching implications for clients, employees, and stakeholders throughout the firm. This role requires a strong grasp of the big-picture - namely, how can technology help achieve customer experience and that customer experience is more than a new feature / capability. You'll work closely with colleagues across the firm to identify opportunities to develop projects and programs that are broadly applicable. Just as importantly, you'll work with your team to set goals, foster collaboration, and promote the values, culture, and brand of JPMorgan Chase & Co.
Job responsibilities - Dive deep to understand customer needs and specifically challenges related to site reliability, and build a product roadmap that optimizes their experiences.
- Manage multiple, sometimes competing priorities.
- Work with product, design, engineering, and operation teams to deliver the next generation of products and solutions that JPMorgan Chase Consumer and Community banking can use for Site Reliability.
- Establish mechanisms across IT and Partners to improve the customer experience.
- Distill complex and ambiguous technical problems to their core elements.
- Develop recommendations based upon data.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills - 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- Experience managing and driving programs across cross functional teams
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills - 5+ years of project management discipline including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk and critical path management experience
- Experience running a Site reliability program for a large organization
- Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams, demonstrate critical thinking and thought leadership
