JOIN THE AAA WASHINGTON INSURANCE ACADEMY SALES TEAM! As a Sales Growth Manager in the Insurance Academy, you will be responsible for assisting, recruiting, developing and growing sales talent to meet or exceed agency sales goals. QUALIFICATIONS - High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 4 years' experience in sales, insurance or training role.
- Bachelor's Degree in business, entrepreneurship or related; or equivalent experience preferred.
- Experience with insurance carriers, technologies and platforms preferred.
WHAT YOU'LL DO - Perform direct one-on-one agent reviews providing coaching, training and/or corrective action as needed or at
the direction of Senior Leadership. - Partner with HR and Academy leadership to recruit, hire and onboard new sales agents in order to grow net sales
agents. - Partner with Insurance and Club Training teams to develop and implement agency training curriculum for product
lines, carriers, systems and lead generation with the intent of launching fully capable multi-lines sales agents
within 6-12 months. - Conduct desk level reviews of agent practices, including adherence to Agency Guidelines and best practices.
- Collaborate with management to identify training needs, development of new agent, monitor and evaluate
performance of various campaigns plus design and implement programs to increase performance. - Partner with Service and Retention leadership to support agency procedures and ensure new agents are using
AAA's service model do they maximize their selling capacity.

SALARY RANGE Target hiring salary range for this position is $96,700 - $118,450 and the offer rate is based on experience.
In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an insurance sales leadership bonus which will be based on performance metrics with a target bonus potential of up to 20% of base pay.
