The Executive/Personal Assistant will provide comprehensive support to an 81-year-old active, semi-retired senior woman. The ideal candidate will be someone who can provide not just administrative support, but also enhance the client’s quality of life by encouraging and facilitating enjoyable and fulfilling activities. The right person for this position will be strong on compassion, empathy and positive communication. The ideal candidate will appreciate her background as an Organizational Consultant and her love of order to simplify life.

Key Responsibilities:
DAILY PLANNING AND COORDINATION:
• Develop and manage daily action plans.
• Assist in scheduling appointments, activities, and social events.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and activities.
HEALTH AND WELLNESS:
• Assist with medication management, including reminders and organization.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers and manage medical appointments.
• Encourage physical activities such as daily exercises, hiking, horseback riding and scuba diving.
• Assist in writing a medical emergency plan just in case for hospitalization needs. Verify legal documents are in place.
TRANSPORTATION:
• Provide driving assistance for errands, appointments, and social activities.
• Ensure the vehicle is maintained and serviced regularly.
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT:
• Assist in hiring and managing staff for property maintenance and repairs.
• Collaborate with vacation rental staff to resolve issues and improve guest experiences.
• Monitor and manage property upkeep and ensure all areas are well-maintained.
PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT AND LEISURE:
• Plan and organize leisure activities aligned with client’s interests in nature, art, music, and dancing.
• Encourage her studies in consciousness, brain function, mindfulness, and human and brain evolution.
• Encourage learning and participation in new activities and hobbies.
• Facilitate participation in cultural and recreational events.
ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT:
• Manage correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
• Assist with personal and financial record-keeping.
• Organize and manage personal documents, trust and files.
PROBLEM-SOLVING AND DECISION-MAKING:
• Assist with brainstorming and developing solutions for various personal and business-related challenges.
• Provide support in decision-making processes for vacation rentals and other personal matters.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize daily workload effectively.
• Experience: Strong background as a personal executive assistant or similar role.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Discretion: Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information.
• Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing daily priorities and needs.
