OverviewPart of the Human Resources team, you are the driving force behind building a strong employee culture. ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for a dynamic and strategic HR Business Partner to join our team, supporting our Corporate Functions, including Digital/IT, Legal, CTO, and Audit. In this role, you will be instrumental in aligning HR initiatives with business goals, fostering a strong organizational culture, and driving talent management strategies to ensure the success of these departments. Reporting to the Regional HR Leader, you will also collaborate closely with your global counterparts.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Partnership:
Serve as a business partner and advisor on people strategies that align with business objectives.
Collaborate with corporate function senior leaders to understand their business goals and challenges.
Develop and implement HR strategies that support the achievement of business objectives.
Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on all HR-related matters.
2. Talent Management:
In collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team, lead efforts to recruit top talent for client groups
Oversee performance management processes, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Assess current and future talent needs for the organization and partner with HR COEs to develop strategies and plans to meet those needs.
3. Employee Relations:
Manage employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
Coach both employees and leaders through issues that are complex or sensitive in nature.
4. Organizational Development:
Drive organizational development initiatives to enhance team effectiveness and employee engagement.
Implement change management strategies to support business transformation and growth.
Facilitate the communication of the organization’s desired culture and LIXIL Behaviors which guide the decisions and actions of the business.
5. HR Operations:
Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, as well as relevant employment laws and regulations.
Utilize HR metrics and analytics to drive data-informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
6. Strategic Support:
Provide insights and recommendations on strategic HR initiatives to SBP.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation for meetings and decision-making processes.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Masters in HR, SHRM or HR certification preferred
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in a corporate environment supporting corporate functions
- At least 7 years HR experience; at least 3 years in HR Business Partner role
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Strong collaborative skills; ability to partner with senior-level leaders
- Proficiency in project management with enthusiasm for continuous improvement
- Strategic thinker with problem-solving and analytical skills
Hiring RangeThe Hiring Salary Range for this position is $79,000.00- $125,000.00 annually.
(Salary offer to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.)
This role will be eligible to participate in the annual Short Term Incentive plan.
