The Teacher Aide will support the Teachers and Assistant Teachers to achieve Learning Care Group’s safety vision and effective implementation of Learning Care Group’s Education Value Proposition.
Teacher Aides:
- Care! Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child. Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
- Help! Supports Teachers/Assistant Teachers by setting up for, and cleaning up after breakfast, lunch, and snack. Clean and sanitize the classroom as needed.
- Engage! Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families.
- Learn! Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.
Job Qualifications:
- Meets state licensing requirements for working in a school
- The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children
- Experience working with children in some capacity preferred
- We will train!
