As a Senior Digital Analyst, you will:- Work closely with CRO to assess marketing performance and support data-driven decision-making to enhance the effectiveness of our marketing initiatives.
- Build predictive models and forecasts to assess the impact of marketing initiatives and support budgeting and planning.
- Develop and refine marketing mix models to optimize budget allocation across channels.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track marketing performance and KPIs, providing regular updates to CRO & marketing team.
- Support managers from the marketing team in analyzing quantitative data; formulating correct business questions and hypotheses and conducting analyses that help to validate them.
- Analyse large and complex marketing datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that inform marketing strategies and decisions and recommend further development and improvement.
- Take care of marketing analytics tools needed to analyze our marketing efforts properly.
- Educate key stakeholders in the field of marketing analytics (advisory role).
You are the perfect fit if you have:- Knowledge of marketing metrics and processes in digital marketing.
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with marketing teams focusing on various activities (e.g. performance, SEO, affiliate, partnerships).
- Very good understanding of different attribution models and, ideally, experience in building attribution models.
- Entrepreneurship and curiosity - you focus on outcomes, rather than tasks; you feel responsible for the projects and show passion and ambition for the things you're engaged in.
- Analytical thinking and iterative problem-solving approach - you can quickly verify concepts and reject those that have not worked;
- Excellent SQL knowledge.
- Good knowledge of the following: GA4/Amplitude and Tableau.
- Basic Excel and Google Spreadsheets knowledge.
- Open-mindedness and intuitiveness.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to describe easily even complex analyses.
- Proficiency in English.
Bonus cookie points will be given for: - Experience in SaaS/E-commerce.
- Knowledge of Python/R.
- Experience with DBT.
