Sales Account Executive - Hybrid (Colorado or Texas)
Compensation: $110K - $130K + Bonus Opportunity
Vacation: 3 Weeks
Travel: 50% (some overnights and occasional international travel)

As an Account Executive, you’ll play a crucial role in driving our business forward by securing new clients and maximizing revenue within your assigned region or market segment. This hybrid role allows you to be based in either Colorado or Texas.
You’ll be responsible for a 70/30 split between managing existing accounts and developing new business. Your ability to navigate large accounts, build lasting relationships, and deliver tailored solutions will be key to your success. While pipeline experience is preferred, your proven sales skills, expertise in Salesforce CRM, and organizational acumen are what will truly set you apart.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive Growth: Acquire and manage a diverse portfolio of clients, focusing on small to medium-sized opportunities within your region.
- Strategic Selling: Lead the entire sales process, from initial contact to solution delivery, collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers at all levels, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Market Awareness: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity to position our company as a leader in the market.
- Innovation & Collaboration: Work closely with our engineering, operations, and manufacturing teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
What You Bring:
- A Bachelor’s degree and 7-10 years of experience, or a combination of education and experience.
- At least 3 years of sales or technical experience
- A proven track record of success in large account management and new business development.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and a strategic mindset to navigate complex sales cycles.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with minimal supervision.
