The right candidate for the High Brow Shop Support position will possess stellar retail sales skills preferably in cosmetics and skincare, a true passion for creativity and beauty, and the ability to thrive in an ever changing environment. You would literally be the face of High Brow Social Club, being at the front of house, so having a magnetic personality is a must. We are looking for someone who is not only makeup obsessed but also looks the part to help inspire our clients!
Imagine this: you are helping clients find the right cosmetics, supporting our many incredibly talented stylists, making the showroom floor sparkle, and bringing an infectious energy! This is your other home, and everyone stepping through that door is our guest.
General responsibilities: Answering phones, helping clients book services or troubleshooting online booking, greeting guests and getting them beverages, direct assistant to the owner which may include ringing up customers for stylists, making sure showroom floor is immaculate and good first impression ready, helping with coordination of events and promotions through stories, posts and in person. General cleaning and helping with little projects around the studio so we can always look our best! Opening and closing duties with available stylists. Counting down register and deposits daily.
