Vero Via is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our team remotely. This role is perfect for a self-starter with excellent organizational skills who can effectively manage administrative tasks and assist various departments in a fast-paced environment. The position is open to candidates in the USA and Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative duties, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing virtual events.
Handle email correspondence and respond to inquiries promptly.
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
Assist in coordinating projects by managing timelines, tracking progress, and following up on tasks.
Maintain and organize digital files and records for easy retrieval.
Conduct research and provide relevant information to assist decision-making.
Support teams by managing office operations remotely and ensuring smooth communication.
Prepare invoices, manage expense reports, and assist with other basic accounting tasks.
Liaise with external vendors and service providers when necessary.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related fields preferred.
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role, preferably in a remote work environment.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently.
Familiarity with basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks is a plus.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
