Technical Support and Troubleshooting | Full-Time On-Site Role in Los Angeles.
We're looking for a new team member who can use their technical and customer service skills to set up and test smartwatches, cellphones, GPS tracking equipment, and Mobile Application Setup.
Individuals with excellent problem-solving skills, experience in or knowledge of one or more of the following is preferred:
* IT
* Technical Support
* Cellular Mobile Device Troubleshooting or having worked in a T-Mobile or AT&T store is required
Required:
* Skilled in Microsoft Office applications, including Office 365
* Strong ability to multitask and prioritize
* Strong phone communication skills
* Excellent problem-solving skills
* Comfortable following written equipment instructions
* Mobile Devices experience
* Strong organization
* Proficient reporting skills
* Other duties as needed
