Mira Transportes is seeking a friendly and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to provide remote support to our clients. As the first point of contact, you will assist customers with their inquiries, resolve issues related to transportation services, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
Resolve transportation-related issues and coordinate with other departments to provide solutions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Provide information about services, pricing, and scheduling to customers.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with email and CRM systems.
