Key Responsibilities:
Accurately input and update data into company databases and systems, ensuring high levels of accuracy and completeness.
Review and verify data for errors or inconsistencies, making necessary corrections and adjustments.
Maintain and organize electronic and physical records, ensuring data is easily accessible and well-documented.
Process and manage large volumes of data, including data entry, data cleansing, and data validation.
Generate and prepare reports and summaries from data as required by various departments.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to gather information and address data-related issues.
Follow established procedures and guidelines for data entry and management, maintaining confidentiality and data security.
Identify and suggest improvements to data entry processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Adhere to company policies and standards for data quality and compliance.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proven experience in a data entry role or similar administrative position, with a strong understanding of data management principles.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on maintaining high data quality standards.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
Experience with data management systems, CRM platforms, or database software is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating self-motivation and time management.
A reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup to support remote work.
