- Manage day-to-day operations
- Utilize your apartment management and maintenance experience
- Liaise with the management office, addressing tenant needs and maintenance requests
- Ensure impeccable cleanliness of the buildings
- Create and distribute necessary notices to tenants
- Perform bi-weekly property inspections and report necessary maintenance
- Show vacant units to potential renters, conduct open houses during evenings/weekends
- Conduct move-in/move-out inspections
- Knowledge of AppFolio is a plus
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of onsite resident manager experience
- Basic computer literacy
- Reliable transportation
- Successful completion of a background check
- Familiarity with fair housing laws
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with exceptional time management abilities
- Proficiency in smartphone operations for communication
- Fluent in English
