We're looking for a customer-service-oriented, part-time, community manager for a beautiful mid-rise downtown LA building. You'll be onsite 5 days per week, working 4 hours per day to assist with invoice review and approval with the Board Treasurer, as well as coordination with vendors for building maintenance items. You may, on occasion, be asked to attend a Board meeting. Even though this is a part-time position, you will still enjoy paid holidays and 10 vacation days.
