HR Generalist – Job Description
The HR Generalist will provide a wide range of employee relations support for the business leaders and employees while reporting into the HR Operations team. The role will contribute to the success of the organization by offering guidance on performance management, investigations, terminations, and HR best practices while facilitating a positive relationship between employees and leaders.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Facilitate training and guidance on company talent rhythm and performance management activities such as goal setting, rating calibration, and the annual review process.
- Partner with leaders on all performance management activities including Improvement Action Plans.
- Act as a consultant to leaders on employee relations situations, day-to-day coaching, team structure, compensation, and policy interpretation.
- Partner with Clinical team to conduct investigations related to clinician concerns, complaints, and terminations.
- Facilitate Stay Interviews and partner with HR Operations team to share feedback with leaders.
- Partner with other HR Generalists on coverage of business needs submitted through an internal intake process to help support leaders and employees with questions or concerns.
- Partner within the HR Operations team on employee exits including exit surveys and interviews, company communication, and partnership with IT and Facilities on equipment, systems, and access.
- Partner within the HR Operations team on retention reporting and communication of exit themes to leaders.
- Monitor and analyze feedback received from exit interviews, employee surveys, and Glassdoor reviews, and create action plans for the business and leaders.
- Assist with answering inquiries for employees about policy interpretation, international remote work requests, and unemployment verifications.
- Assist with updating job descriptions as needed.
- Facilitate employee changes such as transfers and promotions as needed.
- Assist with other HR programs, policies, and processes as necessary.
Qualifications
Job Qualifications:
- 3+ years in Human Resources role required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communication, or Business or equivalent work experience required
- Experience with employee relations or coaching conversations is required
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels of the organization required
- Strong ability to maintain confidentiality required
- Proficiency with using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required
- Ability to develop strong relationships and credibility throughout the business
- Ability to maintain flexibility and balance a variety of interactive and administrative tasks
Preferences:
- Experience conducting investigations desired
Pay Range
USD $55,000.00 - USD $70,000.00 /Yr.
