Dear Caregiver,
Please email me your HCA # and I will fast track you to an office interview and then orientation. You can skip the application and skip the phone screen!
Just click on the "Reply" button in the upper left of your screen, and include your name, HCA ID # and phone #.
If you can't find the button on your screen, look at the picture I've included.
If you work for a home care agency, then by law you must have an HCA #. An HCA # is a "Home Care Aide" #. It's the number you got after you spent $35 to register with the state. A HCA ID is also sometimes called a PER ID.
If you're not sure you have an HCA, or forgot your number, you can call DSS (California Department Of Social Services) at (877) 424-5778. You just need to provide your social security number and they can give it to you.
HCA ID's expire after two years. We would be happy to help you renew your HCA ID.
If you still need one, here is how you do it:

Thanks!
