We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated staff to provide essential support to patients, This role involves direct patient interaction, ensuring comfort and safety while promoting their overall well-being. We are requesting at this time: 6 CNAs, to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
Assist patients with daily living activities.
Monitor and record vital signs, such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure. As necessary.
Help patients with mobility and transfers, using appropriate techniques and equipment.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, adhering to infection control protocols.
Communicate effectively with patients, addressing concerns and providing support.
Assist with the new intake of patients by filling documentation as needed.
Assist nursing staff with medical procedures and documentation as needed.
Participate in patient care planning and report any changes in patient condition to the nursing team.
Uphold patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
Qualifications:
Current certification according to your title.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred, but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Basic computer skills for documentation and record-keeping.
