Overview
As the CRM Marketing Specialist at The Vitamin Shoppe, you’ll play a key role in shaping and executing high-impact promotional email campaigns that engage our customers and drive brand loyalty. Working across all areas of marketing, you’ll dive into the full spectrum of campaign management, from creative briefing to seamless project execution and detailed performance analysis. You’ll thrive in a fast paced, collaborative environment, partnering with cross-functional teams to create compelling personalized customer journeys that boost engagement and retention. Your efforts will directly influence how we connect with customers, making every interaction meaningful and driving conversion across the board.
Responsibilities
- Support CRM & Loyalty teams in executing promotional emails, loyalty communications and any ad hoc requests including lifecycle and SMS message support.
- Support Manager in overseeing daily promotional email operations from inception to completion (coordination of internal Creative Team, impeccable QA, and management of vendor relationships) to ensure that projects are completed, deadlines are met, and deployment dates are adhered to.
- Maintain promotional email calendar, including all changes to schedule, as part of the larger omni-channel communications.
- Ensure that all customer segment lists are delivered on time and accurately.
- Create Job Tickets for all channel marketing jobs - properly convey all information and strategy to the creative team.
- Develop and build dynamic content campaigns using third party platforms
- Proofread all marketing materials: clarity, grammar, spelling, messaging, offers, campaign dates, etc.
- Confirm that all email links, dynamic content, and personalized fields function properly matching back to the website.
- Collaborate with analytics team on targeting, segmentation requests, and campaign analysis.

- Must have the ability to learn quickly an adapt easily to multiple marketing platforms
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize responsibilities and meet deadlines
- Team player and collaborative
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- General knowledge of creative production, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office basics
Education/Certification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Equivalent
