Summary:

What is required to be successful:
- Inpatient psychiatric leadership experience
- Behavioral Health leadership experience.
- Finance and Operations Management skills
- Business Planning and Strategic Planning abilities
- Sales expertise
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in driving business growth and profitability
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Master's degree in a clinical, financial or business related is a plus
- Prior impatient behavior health and psych CEO experience is a plus.
