What you will contribute as an Executive Director and CEO:
The Executive Director and CEO will lead this multifaceted, public-purpose enterprise that finances affordable housing, business, and economic growth opportunities throughout Colorado. This position is responsible for the overall operation and management of CHFA’s affairs.It includes consultation with the Board of Directors and maintaining and developing relationships with myriad business partners at all levels of government, the for-profit and nonprofit sectors, as well as overseeing the organization’s long-term sustainability.The position is appointed by and reports to the Board of Directors, which is CHFA’s governing body and vested with CHFA’s statutory authority. The ideal candidate will have:

•an enthusiasm to lead and inspire a high-performing team to accomplish goals set, work to continuously improve processes, and deliver excellent service in a hybrid working environment;
