Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring all food safety protocols are followed.
Assist in managing inventory and ordering supplies when necessary.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure high-quality food presentation and consistency.
Adapt to a fast-paced environment, handling multiple orders efficiently.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a line cook.
Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
