Position Overview:
We seek an experienced and compassionate Client Intake Specialist to join our growing personal injury department. As the first point of contact for potential clients, your warm and empathetic demeanor will set the tone for their experience with our firm. You will play a crucial role in helping injured individuals navigate the claims process while also driving business development through effective follow-up and case sign-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
-Serve as the initial contact for potential clients, responding promptly to incoming leads from various platforms.
-Conduct thorough consultations to assess the viability of new cases, ensuring a clear understanding of the potential client's needs.
-Follow up relentlessly with potential clients through various communication methods (email, text, phone) to secure their engagement.
--Guide clients through the intake process and explain what to expect, ensuring they feel supported and informed.
-Complete and facilitate the necessary documentation (retainer agreements, HIPAA forms, etc.) for new clients, whether through electronic signatures or in-person meetings.
-Log all communication attempts and lead statuses in Lead Docket.
-Schedule attorney-client consultations when needed and facilitate introductions between clients and case managers post-signing.
-Generate weekly status reports for management.
-Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all aspects of client intake processes.
Qualifications:
-Customer-first mentality with a commitment to providing white-glove service to every individual, regardless of case outcome.
-Highly motivated and proactive; you know what needs to be done and take initiative to accomplish it.
-Exceptional organizational and time management skills; attention to detail is critical.
-Strong team player who collaborates well and takes direction effectively.
-Passionate about helping individuals who have been injured or wronged.
-Preferred: Background in legal, customer service, and/or sales; fluency in Spanish is a plus.
