JOB FOCUS:
Focus is on, but not limited to the following:
1. Table Preparation:
o Prepare dining areas before guests are seated.
o Decorate tables with candles, napkins, linens, and flowers.
o Place tableware and condiments on tables.
2. Service Assistance:
o Serve water and welcome snacks (like water).
o Refill beverages for guests
o Provide special silverware sets for families with young children.
o Take orders and bring out meal orders if waitstaff are busy.
3. Table Maintenance:
o Remove dirty utensils promptly.
o Replenish tableware as needed.
o Clean and reset tables after guests leave.
o Maintain health and safety regulations in kitchen and dining areas.
3. Bar Maintenance:
• Tidy up tables, counters, and other bar areas.
• Collect empty glasses and bottles.
• Restock the bar with alcohol, straws, coasters, and napkins.
• Stock liquor in liquor storage, which requires going up multiple stairs.
• Prepare mixers, juices, and cocktail garnishes.
• Replenish peanuts and fruits.
• Change out beer kegs
