The role of the Corporate Brand organization is to combine a deep understanding of our global consumer with strategies, initiatives and campaigns to both protect and grow our brands and key franchises.
The Sr Manager - Brand Development & Integration will help execute our enterprise-wide YouTube initiative. The Sr Manager will be responsible for working with stakeholders from across the company to implement strategic changes in our approach while also establishing an ongoing role designed to ensure consistent prioritization, sharing of best practices, and governance.
Responsibilities: - Business Initiative Execution:
- Manage a multi-phase strategic business initiative across multiple business segments and international markets
- Develop and execute detailed plans with key stakeholders
- Track and report progress to senior management
- Enterprise-wide Prioritization & Strategy Development:
- Develop and manage a global editorial calendar for all branded content
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure content creation is aligned with brand objectives and market trends (e.g., multi-format development)
- Stay abreast of industry trends, audience behavior, and competitive landscape
- Monetization and Content Performance:
- Track and analyze monetization and content performance at a brand and audience level
- Identify key performance indicators and enterprise-wide pillars for content success
- Communicate insights and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders
- Strategic & Consistent Enterprise governance:
- Oversee the process and approval of new channel launches and consolidations
- Work with partners (marketing, distribution, legal, and creative) to ensure compliance
- Collaboration & communication:
- Share and implement best practices for content uploads, metadata management, and legal compliance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for managing the enterprise YouTube relationship
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, strategic thinking, relationship management and performance analytics.
Basic Qualifications: - 7+ years of business development, marketing & strategy management.
- 5+ years of Entertainment experience .
- Experience managing and organizing projects requiring collaboration and consensus-building across multiple internal stakeholders.
- Strong verbal presenter and skilled written communicator.
- Can work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive and positive attitude and a desire to get things done.
Preferred Qualifications:- Digital content background (streaming, social media) preferred.
- BA or BS in Marketing, Business, or relevant degree.
- Experience leading a team.
Education: - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
The hiring range for this position in California is $165,700 to $184,100 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
