True Heat Solutions is looking for a new Operations Manager for our Insulation Division.
The qualified candidate will have the following:
* Great problem solver

* Must be able to use Outlook, Microsoft Office and a smartphone to communicate details
* Attention to detail oriented
* Organized
* Construction and mechanically inclined
* People person
* Team oriented
* Must be comfortable Hiring/Firing new insulation installers
* Be able to work in a quick paced environment and make correct decisions quickly
* Must have a minimum of 2 years in management
This is a salaried position, but the ideal candidate should be able to perform the duties of this position starting at 4 am (to receive and get the crews out on the jobs) and be done by 1-2 pm.
This position requires the operations manager to be able to answer phone calls and send out the jobs for the following day up until 6 pm.
Basic construction knowledge is required, insulation installation experience and knowledge a plus.
The most important key is the ability to manage people and solve problems.
