Responsibilities:
* Remove and replace batt and blown-in insulation in residential and commercial properties
* Drive a box truck to transport insulation materials and equipment to job sites
* Lead and supervise the installation crew, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols
* Communicate effectively with customers, addressing any questions or concerns regarding the insulation installation process
* Collaborate with the office team to schedule and coordinate job assignments
* Inspect completed insulation installations to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with industry standards
Requirements:
* Previous experience as an insulation installer, with expertise in removing and replacing batt and blown-in insulation
* Valid driver's license and ability to operate a box truck
* Proven leadership skills, capable of managing a team and directing job site activities
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and the office team
* Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
* Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Physical stamina to perform manual labor and work in various weather conditions
* Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in the insulation industry
* Ability to use a smart phone and communicate effectively through out software program
