We are seeking a Project Engineer Assistant to join our team! The basic functions of a Project Engineer Assistant are to help Project Managers oversee jobs. This includes plan, documents changes on the job so that each project is executed as estimated.
Responsibilities:
Pre-plan all jobs with detailed schedule of all phases of project.
Play an essential role in the success of the projects.
Assist in processing billings and managing schedule of values.
Administrative duties, scheduling, plans and adheres to budgets.
Manages tools, equipment, and all capital assets.
High level of attention to detail
Team player, honest, flexible, and the ability to multi-task
Prepare and track RFI's
Prepare and track submittals
Prepare and track change orders
Prepare and track T&M's
Prepare and tack Memos
Prepare and track transmittals
Prepare daily and weekly field schedules
Track incoming and outgoing plans
Contact field supervisors daily
Maintain required project documentation
Additional tasks as assigned by Manager and or President
Qualifications:
Deadline and detail-oriented
Experience in Construction
Engineering Degree or related experience as a Project Management or Estimating
Strong leadership qualities
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor's Degree -- Construction Management, Civil Engineering or equivalent
1 year of industry experience or Internship
