Job Description
We are a luxury wear brand based in Los Angeles looking for a sales assistant to support the management team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who likes to interact with B2B customers, and wants to grow their skill sets with on-site paid training with a knowledgeable team.
Responsibilities
• Accept, process and follow up on customer orders by phone, e-commerce platforms, and in-person
• Pack and ship dropship orders
• Answer incoming inquiries and process orders by phone/online
• Vibrant and energetic personality and strong team ethic
• Some experience with social media campaigns and internal CRM data entry
• Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
Requirements
• Available Monday-Friday
• excellent communication and organization skills
• 1 Year of relevant sales and marketing experience is strongly preferred
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Someone who is comfortable working as part of a team
• Strong phone skills and self-motivated to cold call outreach to leads
• Someone with a fun, positive attitude who takes pride in his/her work
Qualifications
• High School Degree and/or GED
• Previous work experience in fashion or retail is preferred, but not required
• Experience with POS system but not required
