Sales and Marketing Coordinator: Starting at $54K yearly
All Star Labor and Staffing is looking to hire a Sales and Marketing Coordinator for a manufacturing company in the Newberg area.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities (include, but not limited to):
• Expense Account Management. Tracks and summarizes expenses and visa receipt entries.
• Maintains the product change requests for company catalogs.
• Create, maintain, and enter information into databases. i.e. submitting assets to dealer portals.
• Provides dealer support by providing product, promotion, and pricing information based on dealer requests via phone or e-mail.
• Proofreading, tracking projects, and communicate status.
• Updating sales presentations
• Track and report on marketing spend. Sends/tracks advertising materials to various publications.
• Coordinates the inventory and distribution of marketing materials including brochures, order guides, & promotional materials
• Support VP of Sales, VP of Marketing/Strategy, and Sr Marketing Manager for calendars, scheduling, travel, expense reporting, etc.
Educational and Skill Requirements:
• Minimum three years of experience in supporting sales and/or marketing.
• Problem solving and decision-making skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Excel experience with formulas is a
requirement.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
PAY AND SCHEDULE FOR POSITION:
Starting at $54K/yr.
Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
