Description:
• Solely responsible for all recruiting, hiring and training of ISO/Agents.
• “Hands on” management/supervision of all Sales Agents.
• Assisting VP. Operations main focus on sales
• Developing/Implementing a sales force who shall support all Processors, Risk Management personnel and/or Underwriters, so as to efficiently process the abundance of merchant account applications processed by Global Processing Systems Inc..
• Delegate responsibilities to the appropriate departments, accordingly, to most meet revenue and/or profit forecasts.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Five (5) plus years experience in recruiting Iso's and Sales Agents (Knowledge of FDR – Omaha & Nashville platforms – Tsys - Global Payments – Fiserv.
Previous experience as a "hands on" supervision/management
Sales experience dealing with both small and high volume merchants.
Articulate, with strong organizational skills (bi-lingual a plus)
Minimum of five (5) years experience in strategizing compensation plans, lead generation as well as the development, operation and management of an inside/outside sales force.
$75-$150K is negotiable and shall be based on various aspects of industry history and experience.
