Two Girls Home Care is seeking an Experienced Scheduling Coordinator to manage caregiver schedules, ensure all shifts are covered, and provide timely support to caregivers and clients.
Responsibilities:
• Schedule and coordinate caregiver shifts.
• Adjust schedules for last-minute changes.
• Communicate effectively with caregivers and clients about scheduling updates.
• Maintain accurate records of hours worked and availability.
• Resolve any staffing conflicts.
Qualifications:
• 1-2 years’ experience in scheduling or coordination (home care/healthcare preferred).
• Experience with WellSky scheduling software is preferred .
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions.
