- Develop and nurture long-term trusted consultative relationships with customers.
- Drive customer engagement and accelerate business development via ongoing engagement with customers and collaborative focus on solving business challenges.
- Travel to distributed engineering sites to optimize engineering alignment with overall company and customer goals.
Desired Skills/Experience:
- Early-mid-career engineers with 3-5+ experience in the following industries: e-Mobility, Power electronics and/or Power systems.
- Sales and business development savvy with strong engineering understanding.
- Flexible and motivated for 20-25% travel throughout U.S., Canada, Serbia, and Switzerland.
