HR ASSISTANT

As a Human Resources Assistant II, you will play a vital role in supporting our HR consulting firm and clients through project management, document proofing, data entry, and administrative tasks, while handling incoming communications. What You’ll Do
• Answer and direct incoming calls, and communications (emails, requests).
• Maintain filing/scanning of HR-related documents as assigned.
• Assist HR Team with various HR tasks, including preparation for training sessions and new hire
orientations/onboarding, gathering training materials, and completing paperwork.
• Various project work such as data entry, creating/running reports, updating job descriptions, and assisting with
audits.
• Benefit support work, including processing enrollment forms and auditing eligibility
reports/invoices.
• Assist the talent acquisition team with screening, scheduling, and reviewing resumes.
• Provide team support with research, coordinating meetings, and administrative tasks.
What You’ll Need To Succeed
• High School Diploma (or equivalent)
• Two or more years of demonstrated Human Resources or related experience
• Flexibility to adapt to a changing environment
• Proactive problem-solving skills with a commitment to timely resolutions
• Excellent time management and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented team player who can handle multiple projects in a dynamic setting
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (MAC & PC) and internet applications
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Commitment to maintaining the highest level of confidentiality

Compensation: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
