About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Accountability Specialist in Small Business Banking (SBB) for the Issue Management Team. Primary responsibilities may include facilitation, coordination and documentation of all activities associated with the issue management or corrective action life cycle in accordance with all prescribed timeframes. This will include developing and maintaining relationships with key business leadership, control executive partners, corporate compliance partners, legal/regulatory subject matter experts and group issues management. Additional responsibilities may include preparing documentation for Veritas as well as documentation which evidence completion of key issue management or corrective action milestones and deliver.
In this role, you will:- Establish and develop partnerships with business management from the line of business (LOB), products and operations to advise and influence strategic decision-making related to sustainable resolution of issues
- Facilitate end-to-end issue management by providing risk management and business subject matter expertise and coordinate with the business to self-identify issues, develop corrective actions, document applicable controls in accordance with enterprise standards, and coordinate the issue closure process
- Collaborate and consult with colleagues, internal partners, and other business stakeholders to provide feedback, credibly challenge issues, and calibrate, as needed, to ensure alignment, consistency, and accuracy across groups
- Lead team meetings to facilitate decision making and support implementation of recommendations and plans
- Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses
Required Qualifications:- 2+ years of risk management, business controls, quality assurance, business operations, compliance, or process experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to interact with all levels of an organization
- Experience developing partnerships and collaborating with other business and functional areas
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Experience coordinating multiple tasks within aggressive time frames
- Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, with senior executive-level leaders
- Exposure to Wells Fargo' s Veritas platform
- Ability to identify risk exposures and propose solutions
- Experience with monitoring and tracking corrective actions
Job Expectations:- Candidate must reside within a reasonable commute to one of the site locations; however, the position is eligible to work from home in a hybrid model.
- Must be available to work a hybrid model where you will be working in office 3 days a week and 2 days at home a week
Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$63,600.00 - $113,000.00
