Monitor food stock levels, maintain inventory, and communicate with kitchen staff about shortages or needs.
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a productive and positive kitchen environment.
Work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen while maintaining high standards of food quality and customer satisfaction.
Assist with daily kitchen cleaning and organizing to maintain a safe and efficient work area.
Place orders and maintain food par levels.
