We are looking for an individual who can do bookkeeping, sales tax filing, tax returns, payroll, workers comp, and other legal services. Must have experience and a degree in finance or other related field. We are a small family owned business looking for someone to handle tax info, bookkeeping, EDD, Misc other admin tasks. We sell landscaping and construction aggregates in bulk. Our office is located in La Canada and Sun Valley but can also work remotely some of the time. Looking for either full or part time. Compensation will be BOE.
Responsibilities:
• INVOICING
• ACCOUNTS PAYABLE and Receivable
• PROCESS PAYMENTS
• PROCESS PAYROLL
• PREPARE MONTLY PAYROLL FILINGS
• WORK ON SPECIAL PROJECTS AS ASSIGNED
