Real Estate Transaction coordinator/ Legal Assistant to the President!
Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for real estate law? We are seeking a dedicated Legal Assistant to support the President of our dynamic organization. This is an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in high-stakes legal matters and contribute to our success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents related to real estate transactions.
• Conduct thorough research on real estate laws and regulations.
• Work with escrow companies / Title companies / government entities etc.
• Maintain organized records and files for ongoing cases and transactions.
• Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a legal assistant, preferably with a focus on real estate.
• Strong understanding of real estate law and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
