Position Description:
The CQV Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading services delivered to life sciences clients in all aspects of CQV-project execution and capital project Operational Readiness.
Skills and Characteristics Required:
- Significant experience in Project Management Principles and Practices
- Demonstrated experience in successful Project Management processes
- Expert in project execution throughout the entire project lifecycle
- Intimately familiar with Project Planning, Initiation, Execution and Closeout requirements
- Expertise in Project Risk Analysis
- Mastery of skills in Stakeholder Engagement, Communications Management and Planning, and the various tools utilized by a successful Project Manager
- Capable of translating Project Management execution to CAI's Operational Readiness Model
-Skilled in applying situational leadership to appropriately manage project resources, allocate time-budgets, check and adjust
Requirements include:
Position Requirements:
10+ years of industry experience in Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation and/or Computer Systems Validation and related technical areas
Demonstrated experience in successful project management processes, along with being an expert in project execution throughout the entire project lifecycle.
Communicate impact on budget due to changes in scope and schedule.
Understanding of Earned Value Management
Other Requirements:
Fluent in English
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Able to travel domestically and internationally as required
