We are currently recruiting for a Bookkeeper for our accounting department who excels in a fast paced environment for our Las Vegas office. Position requires advanced Microsoft Excel experience including capability to format spreadsheets, apply formulas, link spreadsheets, etc. Sage ERP 100 (MAS 90) experience a plus. Full Time M-F.

DESCRIPTION:
Ideal candidate must have a strong bookkeeping background with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word) experience and advanced Excel experience, the ability to multi-task, and achieve deadlines. Advanced Excel experience must include formulas, pivot tables, the ability to link multiple spreadsheets and apply consistent formatting.
Responsibilities:
• Track and analyze sales data in excel spreadsheets on a daily basis from multi-state locations
• Perform daily, weekly & monthly reporting of revenue, past due rent, vacancies, etc.
• Track and report trend analyses
• Communicate problems/issues to the Regional and General Managers
• Demonstrate exceptional written and oral communication skills
Basic Qualifications:
• Five (5) years bookkeeping experience
• Prior work experience in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel use
• High School diploma or GED required
• Sage ERP 100 (MAS 90) experience a plus
• Proficient on 10-Key calculator by touch
• High ethical standards and professionalism
• Reliable attention to time frames and deadlines
• Ability to multi-task
• Interacts well with others
