General Summary
Provides support to overall Human Resources Department administrative processes and logistics. Supports all Human Resources Department units with meeting planning and event/logistics support including but not limited to: benefits/retirement open enrollment outreach and on-site programs, learning and development programming/training events, internal and external job fairs, wellness events and activities, employee engagement programs, and other programs and events as assigned. Coordinates with other divisions such as Fiscal Services, Risk Management, and Facilities Management to address departmental administrative needs. Assists management in the preparation of the Human Resources Department annual budget. Utilizes current Countywide and/or department specific software to complete assignments.
Required Minimum Qualifications
At the time of application, applicants must:
1. a. Possess an Associate’s Degree or the equivalent education from an accredited college or university with a preferred major in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field of study.
b. Have had at least three (3) years of full-time work experience in administrative support, clerical support, or a closely related field; OR
2. a. Must be a high school graduate or have a certificate of successful completion of the General Educational Development (G.E.D.) Test.
b. Have had at least five (5) years of responsible full-time work experience in administrative support, clerical support, or a closely related field.
Pay Range
USD $51,150.00 - USD $68,532.00 /Yr.
