Reasonable rent rate and good accommodations:
• Hair station: $135 per week for 6 months and $150 per week there after (5 available). This salon has an exceptional customer reviews rating in both Google Business and Yelp, if you are someone new in hair styling business with good skills/potential and wanting to build up your own clienteles this is the place to be since we are attracting a lot new clients.
• Facial Room: $175 per week (can be used as massage or eyelash ext room).
• Both Hair station and Facial room will receive 2 weeks free rent as a welcome gifts (3rd week deposit required).
• Both Hair station and Facial room will also getting one (1) week free rent and one (1) week vacation without having to pay for rental fee every year thereafter.
• White towels salon provides.
• Hot and cold filtered water.
Note: 1 week vacation can not be used in lieu of free rent and must be with Meiraki at least one year to eligible.
