As an HR Business Partner, you will:
- Support the development and delivery of innovation within the HR function.
- Develop and continuously improve effective HR programs that align with and achieve business objectives.
- Lead with operational excellence and a continuous improvement mindset within the business and global HR function.
- Serve as a trusted consultant to leadership, leading from the middle and influencing all levels of the organization.
- Collaborate closely with managers to provide daily HR guidance, while understanding their business needs and delivering the business objectives.
- Challenge organizational norms and affect significant change within the business and HR function.
- Maintain an employee advocacy role while demonstrating strong change management skills.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
- 5 years of demonstrated strategic HR business partnership experience. A Master’s degree may substitute for 2 years of experience.
- Prior experience leading continuous improvement and/or operational excellence initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience being a strategic HR professional with exposure to driving organizational change.
- Clear and concise communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence all levels of the organization.
- Must be a U.S. citizen with no dual citizenship.
- Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Energy (DOE) security clearance.
Preferred Requirements:
- Manufacturing and/or nuclear experience.
- A Lean Six Sigma or Operational Excellence certification.
