HIRING IMMEDIATELY
Real Estate Investment and Management Company is currently seeking to hire a full time Accountant/CPA.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• MUST HAVE B.A./B.S. Degree in Accounting.
• CPA (preferred but NOT required).
• Expert knowledge of QuickBooks Pro, MS Excel, and MS Word is required.
• A minimum of 5 years working experience in accounting.
• Good Telephone and Communication Skills.
• Detail oriented, self-motivated, dependable and extremely organized.
• Bi-lingual (English/Tagalog) - (Preferred but not required).
DUTIES SHALL INCLUDE:
The candidate will be responsible for the day to day accounting & financial management, coordination and general oversight of all aspects of the company’s functions on certain properties and entities, as well as:
• Accounts Receivable/Payable
• Account Reconciliation
• Processing of Deposits
• Billing and Collection
• Financial Reporting
• Taxes and Payroll
• Bank Reconciliations
• Account Management/Monitoring
• Preparation of Financial Documents
• Tenant’s Lease Monitoring
COMPENSATION:
• Very well compensated position; depending on experience and qualifications.
WORK SCHEDULE:
• Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

• Los Angeles, Mid-Wilshire Area
