Full-Time Video and Social Media Specialist
Pay: $25 per hour

Work from Home Remotely. We are a real estate company specializing in vacant land, and we're looking for a creative and dynamic individual to join our team as a full-time Video and Social Media Specialist. The ideal candidate will be comfortable being on camera, have their own camera equipment, and be able to provide engaging virtual property tours. In addition, they should be experienced in managing and creating content across all major social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and edit high-quality videos for virtual property tours of vacant land
Appear on camera as needed for video content
Manage social media accounts, including content creation, posting, and engagement
Develop strategies to grow social media following and increase engagement
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends across all social media platforms
Collaborate with the team to create compelling and creative marketing content tailored to vacant land
Requirements:
Own camera equipment
Comfortable being on camera
Proven experience with all major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
Strong communication and creative skills
