Position: Commercial Roofing Technician
Job Type: Full-time
What You’ll Do:
• Install, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems (TPO, PVC, metal, restoration coatings such as silicone and acrylic, etc.)
• Perform roof inspections and troubleshooting to identify leaks and damage
• Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently
• Collaborate with project managers, foremen, and other crew members to meet project timelines
• Ensure all work meets industry standards and building codes
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized worksite
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of commercial roofing experience (preferred)
Knowledge of various roofing systems and materials
Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Proficiency with technology to document work and create reports
Proficiency in speaking and writing English a plus
Willing to travel
Willing to train staff
OSHA 30 certification required
