LeanLaw is growing rapidly, and we're expanding our sales team by hiring a dynamic Account Executive to help spearhead our sales efforts.
LeanLaw is a SaaS company that helps law and professional services firms become better businesses. LeanLaw is already the financial operating system for over 700 small and mid-sized firms. We have a product that our clients love (check out our Capterra reviews) and are now executing on major growth initiatives.
LeanLaw is looking for people with the tenacity and entrepreneurial spirit required for a Series A stage startup. It will be your responsibility to find and close deals. You will work closely with the entire LeanLaw team to deliver a cohesive and compelling message.

Your duties:
- Report directly the Head of Sales
- Develop a high level of knowledge of LeanLaw’s SaaS-based legal billing platform
- Identify sales opportunities through direct prospecting and inbound lead follow-up
- Maintain a volume of 30+ calls and emails per day to qualify leads and create a pipeline
- Prospect into targeted lists to develop new sales opportunities
- Update and maintain CRM database, documenting all sales activities and meeting daily success metrics
- Expand knowledge of the industry as well as the competitive posture of the company

- Desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment without needing high levels of supervision
Must-Haves:
- 2+ years in outbound sales or other customer-focused role (such as business development or customer support)
- Proven track record of achieving, and hopefully exceeding ARR quotas
- Coachability – you won’t know everything, but you are willing and want to learn
- Prior experience at a high-growth, SaaS company
Nice To Haves:
- Experience selling into legal/professional services verticals
- Experience using a CRM such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- 4 Year College Degree
- Base + Uncapped Commission (base salary range 75k - 100k)
