Summary of Duties:
The person handling this position is responsible for providing financial, administrative and
clerical services in accounting. This includes processing, monitoring, correcting, completing,
review, inputting, editing and imaging of documents for client/vendor invoices & payments.
Provides customer service to clients and finalizing billing. Generate reports from computer in
accordance with established procedures. Candidate must be capable of multi-tasking in a
high-volume environment and be proficient.
Qualifications
• Thorough knowledge of QuickBooks including tracking of inventory
• At least 1 year of relevant work history in a AR/AP Role
• Proficiency with advanced features in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to identify and research variances/problems
and make recommendations
• Keen knowledge of process improvement and controls
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work in a fast paced high growth environment
Job Requirements:
• Computer literate and proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Drive, Gmail & Internet
• QuickBooks Software system is a must
• Evaluate, confirm and correct information in operations Software system pertaining to
Job Numbers, containers, proof of delivery and notes
• Prepare & submit customers invoices in operations software system
• Proactively monitor customer accounts and makes contact to ensure timely collection
• Receive, verify and input vendor invoices
• Process weekly vendor checks and reports
• Financial close - assist with preparing monthly reconciliation for all accounts, including
bank reconciliations and documentation to support all balances
• Effectively communicate both orally and in writing to internal and external parties
• Proficient in time management, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to make rational decisions quickly and analyze and process information efficiently
• Other duties will be assigned as needed

This is a largely sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability
to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary. Individuals may
need to sit or stand as needed. This position may require walking primarily on a level surface
for periods of time as well as reaching above shoulder heights or below the waist or lifting as
required to file documents or store materials throughout the workday. Proper lifting
techniques are required. This position may occasionally lift up to 25 pounds for files and computer Printouts.
